The philanthropist José Luis Bello retained this house that was inherited from his parents, then turning it into a museum. It has ten rooms distributed in the facilities of the house, which is preserved just as it was when it was inhabited. The collection includes works of the highest value: paintings by Agustín Arrieta, Miguel Cabrera, Francisco Morales Van den Eyden, Murillo, el Greco, Zurbarán, José Nava, among others.
Part of the works were collected for three generations by relatives of Mr. Bello.
